Read | Day 324 | Friday | November 20
1   Corinthians 8: 1-13

1   Corinthians 10: 1– 11: 1

Date: 51 a.d.

Reading | Be careful, however, that the exercise of your rights does not become a stumbling block for the week; Paul tells of his rights but has given them up for the sake of Gospel; though I am free and belong to no one, I have made myself a slave to all for the sake of Christ; watch out for idolatry; what you eat or drink or whatever you do, do for the glory of God.

Collect of the Day: Pentecost, proper 28
Blessed Lord, who caused all holy Scriptures to be written for our learning: Grant us so to hear them, read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest them, that we may embrace and ever hold fast the blessed hope of everlasting life, which you have given us in our Savior Jesus Christ; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
