Protect me, Lord, for I take refuge in you; you give me good things; I will teach of your good ways; I rejoice; you show me the path of life.
Genesis 6 - Strange verses about sons of God and daughters of humans; Humanity is mortal and live only 120 years; humanity became evil but Noah found favor in the sight of the Lord.

Hebrews 3 - Shun evil for we are in Christ; do not enter into unbelief.

John 2 - Party at Canaan, "Mom, it is not my time..." but being the good Jewish boy Jesus obeyed his mother; and the party had great wine. This was the first miracle.

For Social Justice

Grant, O God, that your holy and life-giving Spirit may so move every human heart, that barriers which divide us may crumble, suspicions disappear, and hatreds cease; that our divisions being healed, we may live in justice and peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
