I am lost among the dead and not remembered; I regard your anger; I have called to you; do not let me die; who will praise you?  I pray each morning; I am a sinner and your judgement; I am alone in the dark.

Lamentations 3
How can it happen if not given by God?; We have transgressed and we deserve your punishment because of our lack of faith; my enemies are after me; I called to you in the abyss; You have heard me and taken up my cause and redeemed me!

Hebrews 4
We can all receive eternal rest if we believe in God  and if they fail to receive the Good News; there is a Sabbath rest; let us make sure all get it; Jesus is our great high priest and approach the throne with boldness.

Romans 8
We have the Spirit so God resides in us; If you have this Spirit you will rise from the dead as Jesus.

Collect of the Day: Holy Saturday

O God, Creator of heaven and earth: Grant that, as the crucified body of your dear Son was laid in the tomb and rested on this holy Sabbath, so we may await with him the coming of the third day, and rise with him to newness of life; who now lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
