God provided the land and food and they prospered but they forgot God and forgot the Lord's mercy

Exodus 2Moses is born, floated into the Nile, adopted by Pharaoh's daughter, raised to be a prince of Egypt; as an adult he see the harsh treatment of the Hebrews and murders one of the task masters; he flees from the King to the land of Midan - a place that God dwells.

If I have not love I have nothings; Love never ends no matter what; the love described here is agape or the love of God; Faith, hope and love are here always and the greatest one that abides is love.

Jesus' disciples can't cast out a evil spirit; Jesus says where is your faith and believe; the father asks I believe help my unbelief; prayer heals and is sometimes the only thing that you can do.

Lord, make us instruments of your peace. Where there is hatred, let us sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is discord, union; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy. Grant that we may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen.
