Paul writes to the believers in Rome in order to get a future speaking engagement but for us write one of the ultimate treatise on the faith; the letter is one of the most complex of Paul's writings; themes developed are righteousness or justice through faith; the first verses are the salutation to the letter that points it written to the community and entreating God's blessings; next is thanking God for the faith they have in Christ Jesus; Paul says he is not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone.

For Joy in God's Creation
