Collect of the Day: proper 5

O God, from whom all good proceeds: Grant that by your inspiration we may think those things that are right, and by your merciful guiding may do them; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Holiness
We may not be holy now – it’s not something we can do on our own – but we shall be holy. Following in Jesus's footsteps, walking forgetfully, setting our hope on the grace that lies ahead, we shall be holy, in God’s good time and eternity.
