Acts 27
Paul continues the travel in a massive storm; he encourages the 270+ people on the ship to eat and he blesses the food and all eat; they abandon the ship after hitting a reef; all make it for shore as they can and survive.

Luke 9
Jesus is with his disciples and asks who do people say that I am? They give responses and then Peter says you are the Messiah; Jesus - Don’t tell anyone (yet); take up your cross and follow me in all things and come into eternal life.

Prayers and Intercessions
Let us pray now for our own needs and those of others.

For Peace Among Nations
Almighty God our heavenly Father,
guide the nations of the world
into the way of justice and truth,
and establish among them that peace
which is the fruit of righteousness,
that they may become the kingdom
of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
