Readings
I am in pain and unhealthy and grown;
No one loves me anymore; I weep;
I am a shadow but you, Lord, are eternal;
Have mercy on me and Zion;
Restore us … we will fade … Your years never end.
Romans 8 | Paul writes …
All things work for good to those that love God and are called for his purpose;
God will give us everything;
Who will separate us from God’s love;
Even through it all and suffering; nothing will separate us from God.
John 6 |
The Jews were confused about Jesus and the Eucharist and did not understand; it gives eternal life; Jesus taught these things in Capernaum. The Jews thought he was talking about cannibalism and were revolted at the thought.

Today | Collect of the Day: The Fourth Sunday in Lent
Gracious Father, whose blessed Son Jesus Christ came down from heaven to be the true bread which gives life to the world: Evermore give us this bread, that he may live in us, and we in him; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
For Mission
Almighty and everlasting God, by whose Spirit the whole body of your faithful people is governed and sanctified: Receive our supplications and prayers which we offer before you for all members of your holy Church, that in their vocation and ministry they may truly and devoutly serve you; through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
