Psalm 45 |  Background
Happy are they that consider the poor and the needy;
Be merciful to me and heal me;
People talk about my illness and gossip;
You will raise me up!

2 Corinthians 6
We are known to God; boast of our faith; the love of Christ urges us on; we regard all in the eyes of Christ and see everything is new; all are reconciled to God; the day of salvation for all.

Luke 17
Jesus - you will stumble and don’t cause anyone to fall; forgive others; be strong in faith; do God’s will and transform the world.

Today | Collect of the Day: Day of Pentecost
Almighty God, on this day you opened the way of eternal life to every race and nation by the promised gift of your Holy Spirit: Shed abroad this gift throughout the world by the preaching of the Gospel, that it may reach to the ends of the earth; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
For Mission
O God and Father of all, whom the whole heavens adore: Let the whole earth also worship you, all nations obey you, all tongues confess and bless you, and men and women everywhere love you and serve you in peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Lord's Prayer
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your Name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those
who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial,
and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours,
now and forever. Amen.
