Lord hear my prayer and hide not your face from me;

The Lord will build up Zion and hear the prayer of the
Homeless, the captive, the oppressed.
You - God - are forever.

Do not worship idols; we share in the body and blood Christ;
Be worthy of Christ;

Lent - Year B (Mark)

Jesus said,” If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself
and take up his cross and follow me.” Mark 8:34 | BCP p. 76

Collect of the Day: Maundy Thursday
Almighty Father, whose dear Son, on the night before he suffered,
instituted the Sacrament of his Body and Blood: Mercifully grant that
we may receive it thankfully in remembrance of Jesus Christ our Lord,
who in these holy mysteries gives us a pledge of eternal life;
and who now lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God,
forever and ever. Amen.

For Mission
O God and Father of all, whom the whole heavens adore:
Let the whole earth also worship you, all nations obey you,
all tongues confess and bless you, and men and women
everywhere love you and serve you in peace;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

For Travelers
O God, our heavenly Father, whose glory fills the whole creation,
and whose presence we find wherever we go: Preserve those who
travel, in particular (name); surround them with your loving care;
protect them from every danger, and bring them in safety to their
journey's end; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
