Reflection

Jacob dreams and then meets his wives in a convoluted deal that his
father-in -law.

Have you had a dream where God shows up beside you to tell you of

the destiny of your family and lineage? The awe struck nature of that
happening! But God does stand by us at every moment and is with us.

Emmanuel … God with us.

Oh the blessings of a wife in a life when a relationship is committed and works. (And I have had it for 40 years.)

Meditation:

God is with me and stands with me at all times.

Prayer:

Remind me God that you are with me all of the time. Let me not forget
your presence in my life. Amen

Sing to the LORD a new song, *
