Reflection:
Chapters 8 - 10 narrate the consecration of the tabernacle complex,
the seven day ordination of Aaron and his sons, the inaugural
priestly service on the eighth day that culminates in the presence
of God through fire, and the subsequent illicit ritual of Aaron’s sons -
Nadab and Abihu - they are burnt on the spot for doing something
