Psalm 97

A Paradoxical Picture.
The terrifying majesty of God brings joy to those who

love the Eternal One. God is just.

(Psalter, NOAB5 p. 862)

Judges 13

A child is born to a barren woman who will grow up

and save the people as a consecrated person.

Acts 5

Peter is taken to court and says we must obey God

and the Word and not what humanity says. A wise leader

points out to the court to let Peter do what

he is to do just in case he is of God.

John 3

John and his disciples, a Jew, and others by the river

talk about Jesus. John says again he is NOT the Messiah -

Jesus is the one who talks of God and is given the Spirit.

Listen to him and have eternal life.

Thoughts:

God acts for the needs of individuals and the nation.

God will save the people in God’s time. We are co-creators

with God each day on how we treat people and the universe

… we only need the faith to make it happen. God will give

us the words and actions to build the Kingdom of God.

When will God save the people? NOW!
