The five Antioch men are the ones who are able to proclaim Christ rose and ascended and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
Marks the beginning of church coming out of Antioch rather than Jerusalem.
4 years from 1st piece of Christian literature being written.

The teachers/prophets in Antioch led by the Holy Spirit to act-
